本脱模剂采用进口二甲基硅油乳化并精细研磨而成, 为“水包油”型的硅油和水的乳化液，符合欧美环保标准，通过SGS环保认证，无毒无味无剌激性，对模具不腐蚀，与橡胶、塑料不互溶，脱模方便，同时也能使金属与非金属间保有优良的润滑状态，降低模具保养维修费用。 The release agent of imported fine dimethyl silicone emulsion and finely ground, as "oil in water" type of silicone oil and water emulsions, in line with European and American environmental standards, environmental certification by SGS, non-toxic tasteless stimulus nature of the mold does not corrode, and rubber, plastic immiscible, stripping convenience, but also between the metal and nonmetal can maintain excellent lubrication, reducing mold maintenance costs. 因为有极高的稳定性,可任意加水使用,不会分层或分油.可用于严酷的温度中(-70~280聂氏度). Because of high stability, any water use, not layered or sub-oil. Can be used in harsh temperatures (-70 ~ 280 NIE's degrees).

特点: Features:

1 于温度巨幅改变时仍保有原来的粘度,不易被氧化,并不易与大部份化学物质反映. A huge change in temperature, retains its original viscosity, less susceptible to oxidation, is not easy and most chemicals reflected.

2. 容易稀释, 使用方便, 当模具温度高时仍然非常稳定. 2. Easy to dilute, easy to use, when the mold is still very stable at high temperatures.

使用方法: Usage:

按需要之浓度以水稀释，然后直接用喷枪喷雾或以毛刷/碎布均匀涂抹于模具之上即可. The concentrations necessary diluted with water, then spray gun directly or brush / rag can spread evenly over the mold.

包装:50kg/桶或200K/桶,也可按客户要求包装 Packing: 50kg / drum or 200K / barrel, in accordance with customer requirements Packing
